Product Details Description

This door brush seal is manufactured with a high-density brush structure, ensuring a compact and uniform fiber arrangement. High density significantly improves sealing efficiency by maintaining stable contact with the door surface, even when gaps are uneven.

To enhance water resistance, silicone oil is added during fiber treatment. This process creates a hydrophobic surface, preventing water absorption and reducing the risk of fiber hardening or clumping in humid or rainy environments. The product maintains consistent performance after long-term exposure to moisture.

For outdoor durability, UV stabilizers are incorporated into both the brush fibers and PVC holder. This protects the product from ultraviolet radiation, preventing fiber embrittlement, fading, and premature aging, especially in high-sunlight regions.

The brush fibers feature excellent elastic recovery. After repeated compression during door operation, the fibers quickly rebound, maintaining sealing effectiveness over time. The PVC holder is produced with a stable formulation to ensure secure installation and resistance to deformation caused by temperature changes.
